Help PrintingForLess.com be a leader in the Internet, Web and Printing industry by acting as the Technical Sales and Service Representative. This position encompasses a high-level of consultative sales in addition to deeply technical troubleshooting of digital files to prepare them for print. The TSR is the single point interface to the customer striving to meet all of their needs including answering questions about pricing and schedules, advising and educating customers on how best to construct their digital files, dealing with questions and issues about their print orders and asking for their future business. The position requires exquisite communication skills, teamwork, technical aptitude a strong customer service orientation, and great flexibility.

Qualifications

  • Excellent ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to a variety of audiences, including non-technical.
  • Understands client needs, identifies root causes of problems, and develops and implements creative and pragmatic solutions.
  • Develops sales strategies, techniques and tactics based on customer feedback and market environment.
  • Focuses the sales effort around identifying and fulfilling customers’ current and future needs.
  • Experience designing and delivering instructional training to many levels in the organization including entry-level, supervisory and upper-management levels.
  • Accurately identifies competitors, develops detailed competitive information sources.
  • Influences product development by gathering and analyzing product, customer, and operational requirements.
  • Skilled at researching, designing, and maintaining all components of the documentation set, including onscreen help and user’s guides.

Education/Other Requirements:
BA/BS or equivalent experience. Must be able to relocate to Livingston, Montana.
